If you cancel your booking from 7 days prior to the pick up date: 50% of the full amount
If you cancel your booking from 2 days prior to the pick up date: 100% if the full amount

Branch opening hours
Vehicles must be picked up and dropped off at least one hour before the depot closes.
Branches are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Melbourne branch from June 1 to August 31 and Darwin depot from December 15 to March 15:
Open Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Closed Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Instructions
You will have to make your own way to the branch, at your own expense.
We recommend taking an Uber from the airport to the depot.
