Cancellation policy

If you cancel your booking 22 days or more before your pick up: Full refund, no fees
If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before your pick up: 20% fee
If you cancel between 6 and 1 days before your pick up: 50% fee
If you cancel the day of your pick up: 100% fee
Spaceships reserves the right to release the Vehicle 12 hours after your scheduled pick up if you have not advised us of any change to your pick up date.
Cancellation fees can be used as credit for a future Spaceships booking (valid for 2 years).

Due to our contactless pick-up, you can pick up your Spaceships campervans at any time 6 days a week. Staff are on site 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday for any questions you may have.
