If you cancel more than 29 days prior your pick up: No fees
If you cancel between 28 and 7 days prior your pick up: Fees of 25%
If you cancel between 6 and 1 days prior your pick up: Fees of 50%
If you cancel the day of your pick up: Fees: 100%

Branches opening hours
The branches are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, and Saturday from 8am to 1:00pm.
Sundays on request between 8am and 3:30pm.
The Hobart branch is open Monday to Sunday from 8:00 to 16:30 and is closed from May 1 to August 31.
Branches are closed on Sundays, Christmas, New Year's Day and Good Friday.
Vehicles must be picked up and dropped off at least one hour before the depot closes.
Instructions
You will have to make your own way to the depot, at your own expense.
We recommend taking an Uber from the airport to the branch.
